I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating, and the guided tour around the historical monuments was a lovely touch. The location on Lake Pichola was serene and offered stunning views of the greenery. However, I did experience some noise in the corridors from slamming doors and furniture moving.

The hotel rooms are compact but functional, with extremely comfortable beds, quality bed linen, a lounge chair, desk and chair, good lighting, and plenty of storage space. The pool view room had a surprise yummy cake and beautiful rose decoration, making the stay extra special. However, the rooms are cramped and extremely small.
